Wer die Knolle bislang nur als herzhafte Version gegessen hat, sollte dieses Rezept unbedingt ausprobieren und sich auf das atemberaubende Geschmackserlebnis einlassen. Wie süß sie sein soll und ob die sie tatsächlich als Nachtisch anbieten oder doch zum morgendlichen Porridge servieren möchtest, bleibt natürlich dir überlassen.
Vegane Süßkartoffel-Schoko-Creme: So wird sie gemacht
Die Basis bildet – wer hätte das gedacht? – natürlich unsere Süßkartoffel. Diese sollte dabei unbedingt sehr weich gegart werden. Am einfachsten klappt das im Ofen. Danach wird die Knolle ohne Schale mit den restlichen Zutaten püriert und danach gehts nochmal zum Kühlen in den Kühlschrank. Wusstest du, dass Süßkartoffeln besonders reich an Provitamin B sind? Es ist besonders wichtig, um eine normale Sehfunktion zu unterstützen.
Tipp
Mit etwas veganem Kokos-Joghurt und Kakaopulver getoppt verwandelt sich diese vegane Süßkartoffel-Schoko-Creme in ein anschauliches Dessert.
Vegane Süßkartoffel-Schoko-Creme
Zutaten
- 300 g Süßkartoffeln
- 150 g veganer Skyr
- 2-3 EL Kakaopulver
- 3 EL Agavendicksaft
- 1 Prise Zimt
Anleitungen
- Ofen auf 170 Grad Umluft vorheizen.
- Süßkartoffeln halbieren, mit der Schnittfläche auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen, dann im vorgeheizten Ofen (je nach Größe) 20 bis 40 Minuten sehr weich garen. Danach leicht abkühlen lassen.
- Nun Fruchtfleisch mit einem Löffel herausschaben, mit den restlichen Zutaten fein pürieren, in eine Schüssel füllen und bis zum Servieren im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
